CUSHMAN AND WAKEFIELD ANNOUNCES THE EXPANSION OF KPMG AT ONE MELLON
CENTER
Pittsburgh, PA – Grant Street Associates, a member of the
Cushman and Wakefield Alliance, is pleased to announce the following
recent lease agreement: KPMG has renewed its long-term lease at
One Mellon Center for 31,899 square feet, adding 9,041 square feet
to its original space. KPMG plans to occupy office space on both
the 20th and 25th floors of the recently restructured One Mellon
Center. Rob Geiger of Grant Street Associates represented the landlord,
Mellon Financial, in the transaction.
