Pittsburgh, PA - Grant Street Associates – Cushman &
Wakefield, a full-service, commercial real estate firm in downtown
Pittsburgh, is pleased to announce that John Lisowski has been hired
as Industrial Brokerage Manager. John is a licensed real estate
professional with extensive Industrial experience in the Western
PA market.
John’s previous experience includes serving for eight years
as Regional Sales Manager and Regional Business Manager for a major
health and beauty aid manufacturer, where he focused on the warehousing
and retail components of the commercial real estate market. Giant
Eagle, Osco-Savon and Thrift/Eckerd Drug were among his key clients.
In 1999, John joined Grubb & Ellis, specializing in industrial
sales and leasing. A few of his major assignments included: the
sale of the PPG site, a 307-acre parcel located in Moon Township;
the sublease/lease termination of 49 locations throughout the U.S.
for PPG Auto Glass; the sale of the Geyer Building on Bigelow Boulevard
and numerous other properties throughout Western PA.
John is a graduate of Dartmouth College in Hanover, NH, and currently
is pursuing his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
He also is an executive board member of the Central Catholic Letterman’s
Club.
