Pittsburgh, PA – Grant Street Associates, a member of the
Cushman and Wakefield Alliance, is pleased to announce the following
recent lease agreement: DKW Law Group has signed a five-year lease
for 21,352 square feet of space on the eleventh floor of Liberty
Center, commencing on March 1, 2006. The landlord, Liberty Center
Venture, was represented by Michele Goetz and Jack O’Donoghue
of Grant Street Associates, and DKW was represented by Dick Cassetti
of Alliance Realty.
DKW Law Group – Pittsburgh is one of four DKW offices in
the country and tailors its legal services to meet the needs of
