In March 2010, Grant Street Associates welcomed a new member to our leadership team. Randy McCombs joined the firm as a Principal and Executive Vice President, bringing with him more than 25 years experience in the commercial real estate industry. His focus is primarily on tenant advisory and asset disposition for local and multi-market clients.
