Audit, tax and advisory services firm KPMG has renewed its lease and taken additional space at One Mellon Center, Downtown. The company's roughly 200 Pittsburgh employees now occupy 31,899 square feet of space on the 20th and 25th floors, a 39.6 percent increase from the originally leased 22,858 square feet. Rob Geiger of Grant Street Associates represented landlord Mellon Financial.
