Grant Street Associates, a member of the Cushman and Wakefield Allance, said DKW Law Group has signed a five-year lease starting March 1 for 21,352 square feet of space on the 11th floor of Liberty Center. Landlord Liberty Center Venture was represented by Michele Goetz and Jack O'Donoghue of Grant Street Associates, and DKW was represented by Dick Cassetti of Alliance Realty.
