Two Firms Sign Deals in Central Bus. District
Grant Street Associates Negotiates Downtown Deals for 15,000 SF

Two leases totaling 15,000 square feet were signed in Pittsburgh's Central Business District at the Gulf Tower and the Warner Centre.

The Make-A-Wish Foundation of Western PA leased 7,566 square feet of office space at 707 Grant Street, also known as the Gulf Tower. The 407,000-square-foot office building was completed in 1932 and will serve as the Foundation's new regional headquarters. It plans to occupy the entire 37th floor in August.

EDSI-Employment Dispute Services Inc leased 7,330 square feet of office space on the sixth floor at 332 Fifth Ave., also known as Warner Centre. The 121,000-square-foot office building was constructed in 1918 and renovated in 1984.

J.R. Yocco and Rob Geiger of Grant Street Associates represented the Gulf Tower landlord, 110 Gulf Associates. Jeremy Kronman and Andrew Miller of CB Richard Ellis represented Make-A-Wish Foundation.
