Grant Street Teams with Cushman

Enters Business Referral Alliance Covering Pittsburgh and Western Pennsylvania

Cushman & Wakefield announced that Pittsburgh-based Grant Street Associates had been selected as one of three new members to the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance, a business referral network that now has 14 members in key secondary markets nationwide. Grant Street Associates will serve as Cushman & Wakefield's preferred service provider for Pittsburgh and Western Pennsylvania.

The Cushman & Wakefield Alliance was established in January 2002 to extend Cushman & Wakefield's client services into specific geographic markets where the firm does not maintain an office. Grant Street Associates will remain independently owned and will continue to provide office, industrial and retail brokerage, investment sales, advisory and corporate real estate services to clients regionally, while using Cushman & Wakefield’s service platform to service them nationally and around the world.

Tim Goetz, a Grant Street Associates partner, said, "Utilizing Cushman & Wakefield’s state-of-the-art technology platform, we will be able to leverage our extensive and diversified experience to serve our clients on a local, national and global basis."

James C. Dawson, Timothy R. Goetz, Robert N. Geiger and John F. O’Donoghue founded Grant Street Associates in March 1993. The firm currently represents 69 buildings consisting of more than eight million square feet of rentabale area in the six-county Pittsburgh area.
