Mr. Moschella has been cutting and styling hair in downtown Pittsburgh for more than 36 years. But, after negotiations with the Union Trust Building's new landlord broke down, Moschella was forced to find a new home for his business. With only 30 days to identify a new location, Moschella enlisted the help of Grant Street Associates Retail Services Group to conduct a market survey and negotiate a new lease.

 

"We successfully relocated Joseph into a turn-key space at the Frick Building," J.R. Yocco, Retail Brokerage and Leasing Manager at Grant Street Associates said. "I'm really glad we were able to keepa  local Pittsburgh tenant of 36 years in the market."

 

Rugby Realty Company, who owns and operates the Frick Building, worked diligently to reach agreement with the tenant during lease negotiations. "Rugby Realty really cares about the success of their tenants and provides Joesph with a fair lease," Yocco said. "Joseph's is one of the many successful tenant leases that Maurice (Ades) and I have completed over the years."
