Grant Street Associates' Retail Services Group has worked closely with Christine Pfefferman on her retail real estate business requirements for a new lease agreement between Lil Store, LLC d/b/a Manor News and Manor Building Associates, L.P. Jared Imperatore provided tenant representation for Manor News in a five-year retail lease at 564 Forbes Ave - Manor Building, Pittsburgh, PA 15219.

Manor News will be adding Cappuccino & Espresso to its service offering and plans to renovate the existing store. "My clients have requested that we add specialty drinks to our current offering and we are willing to invest in our operations to make that happen," Christine says. Mr. Moschella has been cutting and styling hair in downtown Pittsburgh for more than 36 years. But, after negotiations with the Union Trust Building's new landlord broke down, Moschella was forced to find a new home for his business. With only 30 days to identify a new location, Moschella enlisted the help of Grant Street Associates Retail Services Group to conduct a market survey and negotiate a new lease.

"We successfully relocated Joseph into a turn-key space at the Frick Building," J.R. Yocco, Retail Brokerage and Leasing Manager at Grant Street Associates said. "I'm really glad we were able to keepa  local Pittsburgh tenant of 36 years in the market."

Rugby Realty Company, who owns and operates the Frick Building, worked diligently to reach agreement with the tenant during lease negotiations. "Rugby Realty really cares about the success of their tenants and provides Joesph with a fair lease," Yocco said. "Joseph's is one of the many successful tenant leases that Maurice (Ades) and I have completed over the years."

Johnny’s Wife’s Place opened a third location in Tropiano Plaza in the spring of 2009. The owners, Terry and John Woloshun are very excited about the new store. "We have Irwin patrons that come into our Jeannette location, requesting that we open a location in Irwin. Since opening, Snap Fitness has done well in the center and we are enjoying the co-tenancy synergy".

Johnny's Wife's Place is known for its pizza, wings, selection of beers and fun environment with great service.

Tropiano Plaza is a new retail development location on Route 130 in Irwin, PA. It contains 12,000 sf of retail space. Current tenants include Erie Insurance, Soli Construction, Snap Fitness and Sunrise Beverages.
