Jared has worked closely with a local franchisee on her real estate business requirements for her second Western Pennsylvania Edible Arrangements location. After a detailed real estate search and evaluation of multiple sites, Edible Arrangements executed a five-year lease for an inline location at Robinson Court (6506 Steubenville Pike, Pittsburgh, PA 15205). Edible Arrangements is forecasting to open their Robinson location in spring 2010.

Saga Hibachi Steakhouse & Sushi Bar — Coming to Cranberry Township

In less than six months, Jared was able to successfully locate a build-to-suit retail out-parcel for Saga Hibachi Steakhouse & Sushi Bar within the new Oak Tree Place development, a Walnut Capital project in Cranberry Township, PA.
Saga is among the hottest and most authentic Japanese restaurants that will be opening in the Cranberry market. The restaurant's design and interior atmosphere boast open-air hibachi tables surrounded by polished granite tabletops, giant fish tanks and an impressive array of authentic Japanese rarities. All aspects of the cooking process are performed right before your eyes by skillfully trained hibachi and sushi chefs who will tantalize your palate and dazzle your eyes.
Saga Hibachi Steakhouse & Sushi Bar has locations in Cranberry and Monroeville, Pennsylvania and Youngstown, Ohio.

Mike Geiger, the franchisee, who previously worked near Market Square, is passionate about new improvements and events planned for the site.
"The intent is to bring the indoors outdoors, with seamless areas between the inside and outside during summertime," says Geiger, who also plans to obtain a liquor license for his newest location. "The corner is a great spot. We're filling a void for fresh, fast casual food."
