In less than six months, Jared was able to successfully locate a build-to-suit retail out-parcel for Saga Hibachi Steakhouse & Sushi Bar within the new Oak Tree Place development, a Walnut Capital project in Cranberry Township, PA.

Avalon Exchange held a successful grand opening on June 18th, 2008, at 677-681 Washington Road in Mt. Lebanon. Owner Stewart hopes the new shop will draw patrons from throughout the South Hills area.
"It's the only other place in Pittsburgh that makes sense for us," Stewart said.

Mike Geiger, the franchisee, who previously worked near Market Square, is passionate about new improvements and events planned for the site.
"The intent is to bring the indoors outdoors, with seamless areas between the inside and outside during summertime," says Geiger, who also plans to obtain a liquor license for his newest location. "The corner is a great spot. We're filling a void for fresh, fast casual food."
